Jensen Craig: Simply70s: Ultimate Classic Rock show musical director and keyboard player

Jensen Craig: Keyboards & Musical Director

Jensen trained at Sir Paul McCartney's LIPA, graduating in 2007 with a first class degree, specialising in musical direction. Since then, he has worked as the musical director / musical supervisor on various projects and tours around the UK ranging from rock, pop and soul bands and artists to classical crossover and musical theatre productions, as well as composing for film, and as a programmer and arranger.

His first instrument is keyboards, and he performs as a freelance session musician on piano, organs and synths, recently recording for producers on work for artists as big as Bryan Adams, and sharing stages with acts such as Paloma Faith, Bastille, Spin Doctors and Pixie Lott.

Jensen uses Nord and Roland gear, depending on the project.

Lee Davies: Drums and percussion on Simply70s: Ultimate Classic Rock show

Lee Davies: Drums & Percussion

Lee has worked with producers including Andy Morris and Yak Bondy and artists such as Jerry Donahue and Lucie Silvas. He has carried out session work for Warner Bros. Records, Stanley House Studios (London) and Rollover Studios (London).

As a young drummer, Lee's tuition came from renowned players like Ged Lynch (Peter Gabriel) and Francis Seriau, Founder of Tech Music Schools, London, where, in 1996 at the age of 16, Lee was the youngest student in the UK to be enrolled on a Full Time Grant funded course.

Lee has carried out workshops for such companies as the Academy of Sound, been featured online for Mike Dolbear Drums and been published by Drummer Magazine & Sound on Sound Magazine.

Lee Endorses Gatton Drums, Meinl Cymbals, Evans Drumheads, Latin Percussion, Ahead Armor Cases, Tama Speedcobra Pedals, Puresound Percussion, Pro Mark Drumsticks & Kickport.

Paul Glover: Simply70s: Ultimate Classic Rock show guitarist

Paul Glover: Guitars

Paul graduated with a distinction from Berklee College of Music, arguably the world's finest modern music college, where he was taught by no other than rock GOD Steve Vai, who made Paul the first ever international Steve Vai Scholarship winner. He has recently toured with such renowned artists as Phil X (Bon Jovi) and Rob Chapman, working with them as their guitar techs and as a support artist.

Paul's love of metal and blues and his penchant for gear and tone led him to create his EP, 'Degrees of Decomposition' in 2013, which he's been performing live since. Between shows and his popular guitar clinics, Paul is enjoying being back in the studio recording a follow-up EP.

Paul is an Ibanez and Laney artist, and uses D'Addario strings.

Matt Jansen: lead singer with Simply70s: Ultimate Classic Rock show

Matt Jansen: Lead Vocals & Guitar

Matt is a born entertainer! A versatile vocalist with a wealth of experience that has taken him around the world, Matt's range and style is second to none.

Highlights of a global career have included extended stays on Broadway and London's West End (amongst his most recent credits, a role in Cool Britania), and touring with Chicago Blues Brothers as a lead singer, with whom, amongst other huge gigs, he performed to an audience of 60000 in Hyde Park for BBC Proms in the Park during the Olympic Games 2012.

Dan Mitchell: guitarist on the Simply70s: Ultimate Classic Rock show

Dan "Chief Runningfingers" Mitchell: Guitars

The most recent addition to the show's lineup, Dan is best known for his work with British melodic hard rock band Ten, which he joined in 2011. Dan features as lead guitarist on Ten's tenth studio album, Heresy and Creed, which was released in Japan in September 2012, and in Europe the following month on Frontiers Records and Avalon Records.

Since leaving Ten, Dan has forged a successful career as a freelance session musician and solo artist, specialising in rock, hard rock, shred, progressive and blues music. He loves guitars with too many strings, and uses his beloved 8 string on Simply70s: Ultimate Classic Rock!

Owen Paul: special guest vocalist with Simply70s: Ultimate Classic Rock show

Owen Paul: Lead Vocals

Owen is best known for his hit "My Favourite Waste of Time", a 1986 hit reaching #3 in the UK charts. He has worked as a singer and record producer, and toured with Mike and the Mechanics, with whom he also took the role of vocal arranger.

Owen has made various TV appearances in recent years, most notably, recent appearances on BBC's 'Watchdog'. His most infamous appearance, though, came on American reality show 'The Ozbournes', when he incurred the wrath of (legendary) neighbour Ozzy for playing loud music in his garden!

Owen's formative years as a musician were the 70s, and the songs in the show have been hugely influential to him throughout a career spanning 4 decades.

Kurt Fox: bassist for the Simply70s: Ultimate Classic Rock show

Kurt Fox: Bass Guitar

The bass player in the show's band, Kurt, another graduate of the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, is forging quite a career as a session musician, recording as a bassist on several albums and EPs in recent months.

Kurt also fronts his own Merseyside-based rockabilly trio, Kurt Fox and The Cubs, "bringing back rock 'n' roll to the modern society", from 50s rock n roll to contemporary rockabilly.
